Dr. Roger Cleveland, associate professor of educational leadership and policy studies at Eastern Kentucky University, has been appointed to the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Human Rights Commission by Mayor Jim Gray.
The 14-member Commission is the local agency responsible for enforcing the local anti-discrimination laws in employment, housing and public accommodations.
